Where we ship: We ship New Zealand–wide. For international enquiries, please email us at gallery@artehaus.co.nz to discuss options before purchasing as shipping costs will be on a quoted cost basis.
Stock vs. Custom framing & Made-to-Order

In Stock artworks including (unframed or standard framed works): Dispatched within 1–3 business days.

Made to Order (including artisan pieces such as Luke Jacomb cast glass birds and other hand-crafted works): Please allow 4–6 weeks for production and finishing before dispatch. We'll keep you up to date on progress and when the artwork is ready for dispatch a tracking number notification will be sent to you.

Custom framing
If you select a custom framing option at checkout, please allow up to 14 days for production and framing. Each frame is made to order using high-quality materials, and it typically takes around 7 business days to cut, join, and finish your frame before final checks and packing. We'll keep you up to date on progress and when the artwork is ready for dispatch a tracking number notification will be sent to you.
Typical courier timeframes: North Island 2–4 days, South Island 3–6 days (rural may take longer).
Shipping & Care
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout; oversized/fragile pieces may require special handling or crate shipping (quoted if applicable). All works are carefully packed for safe transit. Please inspect on arrival and contact us within 48 hours with photos if anything is damaged so we can help quickly.
