Mary Magdalene - Crispy Chilli Oil 250ml
A celebration of chilli crisp inspired by flavours from around the world, Mary is layered, aromatic and quietly complex.
Built on a savoury base of onion and garlic, it combines toasted fennel, cumin, cinnamon and cardamom with Szechuan peppercorn and coriander seed for a gentle citrus note and signature tingle. Shiitake mushroom, New Zealand kelp and tamari add rich umami depth, creating a beautifully balanced and seriously moreish chilli crisp.
Spoon it over dumplings, noodles and rice, or add a flavour-packed finish to pizza, pasta and eggs on toast.
