Roasted sesame, locally grown hemp and toasted chilli create a rich, warm and nutty base, complemented by kelp, ginger and Szechuan peppercorns. Native horopito adds wild, earthy notes, while orange and lime bring a bright, zesty finish with a pleasantly bitter edge.
Sprinkle over grilled fish, sashimi, noodles, dumplings, rice or eggs—or add gentle heat and crunch to avocado toast, grilled meats and fresh cucumber salads.
