Inspired by the ever-changing colours and textures of New Zealand's coastline, the Shoreline Mug is handcrafted in the Waikato by ceramic artist Peter Black of Rivelin Pottery.
Individually wheel-thrown from durable stoneware, Shoreline features a beautiful interplay of rich, earthy tones and layered glazes. Deep charcoal clay provides a striking contrast to the flowing plum, soft lavender and creamy white finishes, creating an organic, almost coastal landscape effect. The subtle variations in texture and glaze reveal the artistry and unpredictability of the firing process.
With its comfortable handle and beautifully balanced form, Shoreline brings a little everyday luxury to your morning coffee or afternoon tea.
